Masterclass: “Where to Play – Do you have a good opportunity to pursue, or could there be a better one?”
Experienced entrepreneurs are truly good in « looking before they leap », i.e. try to understand whether they have a good entrepreneurial opportunity in their hands. They also identify multiple opportunities before they commit to one. In this masterclass, Marc Gruber will introduce the Market Opportunity Navigator, a practical business tool that helps aspiring entrepreneurs to benefit from the experience of serial entrepreneurs and to engage in a process that helps them to (i) assess their current opportunity, (ii) see more opportunities, and (iii) create a more agile startup.
